Open Conference to address grievances / suggestion on issues related to Intellectual Property Rights

The Office of CGPDTM has taken up the initiatives to conduct Open House for seemless and direct communications of various IP related matters.  The Open House discussions were initiated from 17th October, 2022 and it has been almost two months to have series of discussion which has addressed multiple challenges being faced on ground for the various IP matters  pertaining to different IP offices.  We have received multiple submissions wherein the IP practitioners have requested to reschedule the time of Open House to ensure that larger IP fraternity can avail the benefit through this Open House initiative taken up by the Office of CGPDTM.

            Looking at this, the open house discussion shall now be conducted on every working Fridays during 4 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.  The link for connecting to the open house is given below:

It is also requested to the entire IP Fraternity to take a note that the open house discussion is a public forum and priority to call for discussion shall be based on raised hand over the webex platform. In order to maintain the quality and time allocated for the discussion, it is requested that all the practitioners submit their querries briefly so that adequate time can be allotted for resolution.

            Looking forward to larger participation of IP creators, inventors, practitioners and artisans in the open house discussion for strengthening the IP ecosystem in the country.
