Public Notice on Scheduled Downtime
It is hereby informed that a scheduled security upgrade of the Production Database Server of the Office of the Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trade Marks (CGPDTM) is planned on 31 October 2026 (Saturday), from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
During the scheduled maintenance window, the following services may remain temporarily unavailable:
- Patent e-Filing
- Patent Search
- Patent Examination Services
- ISA/IPEA Services
- Other related applications dependent on the Production Database Server
Users are advised to plan their activities accordingly and complete any time-sensitive work, wherever feasible, before the scheduled downtime.
The services are expected to be restored upon completion of the maintenance activity.
