Monthly Open House Sessions on PCT International Phase Applications (PCT-RO, ISA/IN & IPEA/IN)
The O/o CGPDTM has initiated monthly Open House sessions to facilitate structured, seamless, and direct interaction with applicants and other stakeholders on matters relating to PCT International Phase applications. These sessions will cover various aspects of filing PCT International Phase applications in India, in its capacity as the Receiving Office (PCT-RO), International Searching Authority (ISA/IN), and International Preliminary Examination Authority (IPEA/IN).
