Public Notice
It is hereby notified for general information that an interim re-registration certificate was issued by the Registrar of Copyrights on 28-11-2017, on direction of the Central Government to the Indian Performing Rights Society (IPRS). Since, the IPRS has now fulfilled the conditions imposed in the said interim certificate, the Registrar of Copyrights on further direction of the Central Government has issued a registration certificate to the IPRS in suppression of, and in continuation to, the interim certificate issued on 28-11-2017.
